Established in 2010, the Institute has grown into a specialized centre for advanced fetal assessment and genomic medicine, supported by collaborations with leading national and international experts. Our team comprises highly experienced professionals in Fetal Medicine, Medical Genetics, and allied subspecialties.

AIFMRG is dedicated to providing evidence-based prenatal and postnatal diagnostic services, including detailed fetal anomaly evaluation, advanced imaging, biomarker analysis, cytogenetic and molecular testing, and structured genetic counselling. A multidisciplinary team—consisting of Fetal Medicine Specialists, Reproductive Endocrinologists, Cardiologists, Urologists, Nephrologists, Clinical Geneticists, and Genetic Counsellors—ensures precise diagnosis, risk assessment, and optimal clinical management.

Our Leadership

Dr. Buragadda Srinadh, MBBS, MD (OBG) is the Founder & Director of the Asian Institute of Fetal Medicine & Reproductive Genetics and one of India’s leading specialists in Fetal Medicine, Prenatal Diagnosis, and Clinical Genetics. With over 25 years of experience, international training in Croatia and Canada, and accreditation from the Fetal Medicine Foundation (UK), he has successfully performed 5,000+ amniocentesis procedures along with numerous advanced fetal diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. A distinguished clinician, researcher, mentor, and keynote speaker, Dr. Srinadh has trained healthcare professionals across India, contributed to nationally funded research, and published extensively in peer-reviewed journals. His vision is to deliver internationally benchmarked fetal medicine services that combine clinical excellence, scientific innovation, and compassionate care to improve maternal and fetal outcomes.
